ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES: Oral presentations should be no more than 12 – 13 min with 2 – 3 min for questions. Speakers will be told to step off the stage at the 15 min mark. No exceptions. We will have concurrent sessions and must stay on schedule. Talks should be in PowerPoint (no Keynote available), widescreen format (16:9, not 4:3) and saved to a USB stick to be transferred to the computer on the morning of the talk or during registration on the 10th of February.


POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES: Posters should be no more than A 0 in size. Posters should be portrait format (poster-board dimensions are 1200 mm wide x 2300 mm high). Posters will be attached with Velcro dots (so, no heavy items).


PLEASE NOTE: Each person can give only a single oral presentation, and if giving an oral presentation, a single additional presentation in the form of a poster is allowed!

 

ABSTRACTS: The deadline for abstract submission was on 15 November 2018. We are no longer accepting abstracts for oral presentations and posters.
